Our factory is built to support a complete fencing supply system, covering metal fence production, WPC product manufacturing, in-stock storage, and final packing before shipment. Each department works with a clear division of responsibility, allowing us to manage different product categories and customer orders more efficiently.
We produce a wide range of fencing products, including 358 security fence, 3D bend fence, welded mesh fence, chain link fence, fence posts, gates, WPC fence panels, WPC profiles, and related accessories. With separate production areas for metal fencing and WPC products, we are able to handle standard orders and customized project requirements at the same time.
Our in-stock warehouse helps us prepare regular products and commonly used accessories for faster delivery, while the packing warehouse ensures that goods are checked, matched, labeled, and packed properly before shipment. This helps reduce waiting time, avoid missing parts, and protect products during transportation.
With organized workshops, experienced workers, and stable production management, our factory can support multiple orders at the same time and provide reliable supply for contractors, wholesalers, distributors, and residential fencing customers.
We have invested in fully automated photovoltaic (PV) module production lines equipped with industry-leading automated laminators and high-precision cell stringers. Our operations are standardized across the entire process—from cell sorting to module lamination and framing. We operate specialized encapsulation lines for small-scale residential solar systems (such as 10W, 20W, and 50W panels), allowing customers to purchase even small batches at factory-direct prices. For bulk orders, we utilize specialized automated equipment to achieve a daily production capacity of 600 units.
We specialize in the integration and assembly of residential off-grid systems. Our workshop is equipped with dedicated assembly lines for inverters and controllers, as well as standardized system wiring stations. With over a decade of experience in the electrical interconnection of systems ranging from 100W to 10kW, our technical team ensures that every system undergoes rigorous wiring inspections and insulation testing before leaving the factory.
The R&D and Engineering Department specializes in customized engineering solutions for clients. Examples include off-grid solar designs for farms and home solar systems for remote areas in Africa—powering lighting, fans, televisions, mobile phone charging, and radios. We provide comprehensive system designs and configurations, as well as bespoke solar system development tailored to specific requirements—such as incorporating touchscreens, increasing battery capacity, and customizing PV mounting structures based on local conditions.
We conduct quality inspections on all incoming materials—including components like batteries and inverter PCBAs, solar system housings, MC4 connectors, cables, and accessories such as USB chargers, LED bulbs, and packaging materials. During solar system production, we perform a first-article inspection on the assembly line and maintain quality control personnel throughout the manufacturing process. Finally, before packaging, quality inspectors conduct a functional power-on test.
We have a dedicated testing and certification department capable of coordinating with international bodies such as TUV and SGS to assist clients in obtaining local certifications. Additionally, our production facilities are equipped with load testing platforms, burn-in rooms, and current/voltage testing capabilities.
